Delete your Card Vault Consign account

Card Vault Consign, by PrimeD — the shop app and the player app share one account system, so this page covers both.

The fast way: in the app

1. Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
3. Type your password and confirm.

The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Or by email

Send an email from the address on the account to cheyennetoews@gmail.com with the subject Delete my account. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm. We can only act on a request sent from the account's own email address.

What is deleted

Player accounts: the account itself (email, password, counter PIN, profile), your collection, decks and NEED THIS lists, drop-offs you sent, cards you starred, nominations you voted for, app-usage minutes, and any prizes you had not yet collected.

Shop accounts: the account, store settings, staff list, customer and consignor lists, cloud backups of the register, the Card Page, buy lists, events, reward boards and prizes, pre-orders and the drop-off queue — everything the shop keeps in the cloud.

What is kept, and why

• Accounting records — sales, payouts, platform fees and pre-order payments — are kept for the shop's books and for tax purposes. They carry an anonymous ID, not your name, email or phone.
• Tournament results and reward-board spend stay so other players' standings still add up, again under an anonymous ID only. Your name no longer appears anywhere.
• A shop's customer card for you is renamed "Deleted player" with your email and phone removed; the shop keeps only the spend totals.
• Bug reports you sent keep their text for fixing the bug, with your email removed.
• Anything already on a shop's own register device (its local records) belongs to that shop and is not reachable by us.

There is no additional retention period beyond the accounting records above. Questions: the same email address.
